Better than I thought it would be. Held up with heavy winds. Would definitely buy again

These aren’t the world’s best pennant banners BUT for the price they are impressive. I used them for a DIY stroller circus costume and they fit the bill.

Standard novelty pennant banner. Good product that was cut into smaller sections for multiple cars on parade. Held up for throughout for each car. Very good for the price.

Used for a Circus themed VBS. There was PLENTY of the banner to be used! We used it indoor and OUTDOOR! They held up great! Everyone loved it! We will use them again for future events.
