3-Month Limited Warranty

Our products are fully warranted against defects in materials and workmanship. If your products were damaged under non-intentive purpose conditions within 3 months. Please contact us at support@noveltyplace.com immediately, with your order ID. And we will send you a free replacement right the way!

SHIPPING

How to change the delivery address after an order is placed?

The second you realize your shipping address is incorrect, please email us at support@noveltyplace.com immediately to correct the mistake. And we will let you know the results. Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, besides the continental U.S.A., we also ship to Canada, the UK, Mexico, most of Europe and the Middle East.

How long does delivery take?

Economic shipping takes 5-10 business days. Express shipping takes 3 business days globally.

What carriers do you ship?

All express orders will be shipped via FedEx Express Service. For economic shipping service, we primarily use USPS, Canada Post (Canada only), Royal Mail (the UK only), etc.

Eligibility

If you’re unsatisfied with products you purchased from Betus, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original packaging with resellable conditions. Contact us at support@noveltyplace.com to initiate a return.

Receiving Refund

A refund will be issued once we have confirmed the receipt of the return or agree on disposal. All refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. Refunds to credit or debit cards can take up to 10 business days depending on your credit/debit card issuer.
